We, at H&I Foundation (HIF), believe that charity brings life to people who are spiritually dead. Starting as a non-profit organization in Ghana, we step forward to help the poor, needy and distressed. We do not limit our organizational services to only one cause; rather, we are determined to help the entire humanity.What we do: EDUCATIONEducation is the dream of every child. To survive in a competitive world, every individual must have the right to education. Unfortunately, many of the children in the remote areas are compelled to get indulged in child labour instead of going to schools.HELPING ORPHANS AND WIDOWSOrphans are often left upon the mercy of time, where most of them suffer and struggle for food, shelter, and the necessities of life. Similarly, life for helpless widows is not a bed of roses. They suffer each day, trying to find work to earn a living.PROVIDING HEALTH FACILITIESMany of the residents in the rural and remote areas lack access to health facilities. It is both due to insufficient health facilities in their area, and the poor financial conditions of the people. We struggle to provide medication and health facilities all across Ghana and beyond, with a particular focus on remote areas and low-income families, who end up suffering and dying in homes. CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOLSHIF believe that education is the most crucial aspect that can change and empower the community. There are thousands of children who seek our support. Lacks of schools in the rural areas has made them unable to receive education, and they are only left with the option to work.YOUTH AND WIDOWS EMPOWERMENTTo reduce the increasing rate of unemployment, and to provide better job and business opportunities to the youth and widows, HIF is working on the empowerment program where we grant funds to potential youth and widows.
