Highball Distillery is committed to creating high-quality spirits from regional, organic ingredients through the use of environmentally-sustainable production practices.Created by small-batch process, Elemental Vodka begins with organic soft-white wheat grown in the Pacific Northwest region. Each batch begins with 1000 lbs. of grain which is cooked in our custom, hand-built kettle and fermented in a 200 gallon fermentation tank. After fermentation, the grain and mash is returned to the kettle for the first distillation. Our proprietary distillating process involves two passes through our custom-built 8 ft. copper-packed column. After distillation, the vodka is filtered through activated carbon for several days until the desired result is achieved.The entire process from grain to bottle is performed entirely within the Highball Distillery facility utilizing 100% wind-powered energy.All ingredients and processing is certified organic. The degree of control and attention to detail for every step of the process sets us apart from other vodka distilleries and results in an incredibly smooth, slightly sweet-tasting vodka unique from all others on the market.
