Mindi's was started by two friends and work colleagues, Arvey and Phil, who wanted to share some exceptional Indian recipes with the world. Every Friday lunchtime, Arvey would sit down to enjoy 30 minutes of peace and quiet and tuck into a delicious curry - lovingly made by his mum Mindi (you gotta love your mum)!\It would cause such a commotion as the smell was so mouth-watering...everybody in the office wanted some, asking if Arvey could bring in extra, what the secret to the recipes were, wanting to try this and that...all Arvey wanted was to have his lunch in peace!\\Mindi's recipes were a massive hit with Arvey's colleagues, not just because they were delicious, but also because of their health benefits…Mindi uses rapeseed oil instead of ghee, so her dishes have all the richness and flavour of her authentic Punjabi family recipes,yet are light enough to enjoy at anytime of the day.\\What started off as a regular Friday lunchtime event gathered further momentum when Arvey teamed up with Phil and so the brand Mindi's was born... they found a way to make the amazing recipes available to the world in a convenient, microwaveable pot, faithfully sharing Mindi's authentic recipes, with no hidden nasties and without the hassle of preparing home-cooked meals.\\ And now alongside the pots, there are new ranges of Mindi's \ home grown crisps and rocking table sauces to tickle your tastebuds!\\\ What's more, they all still hold true to Mindi's traditional home cooked values...\\ Delicious • Naturally Lower in Fat • Ghee-Free • Gluten-free\\ \\ ...thankfully, Arvey is now able to enjoy his Friday lunch in peace.
