At the award wining Highfield restauarant we are passionate about supporting local farmers and food producers and always offer the very best fresh seasonal local produce where ever possible. All of the fresh beef and lamb we use is Cumbrian and offers full traceability from farm gate to plate. We even grow and supply our own seasonal vegetables, salads, herbs and soft fruits from the hotels kitchen gardens.
