A privately held Florida corporation, HRD, Inc. was incorporated on February 1, 1988. HRD, Inc. works primarily off the east coast of Florida on the remains of the 1715 Spanish Plate Fleet. Having an exclusive lease off the coast of Vero Beach, HRD, Inc. is actively exploring the remains of up to three (3) lost ships from America's Colonial past. HRD, Inc. also offers some top of the line equipment for both the recreational, as well as the professional, scuba diver or snorkler. This includes the leader in underwater digital cameras built right in to your dive mask or goggles, as well as underwater diver propulsion units, aka. scooters.
