Hoahomepage.com is a network of homeowners and the companies that serve the community and serve the individual homeowners.Hoahomepage.com was launched in May 2016- As of January 2018, Hoahomepage.com has more than 126,000 listed communities in eight states, representing 37% of all Common Interest Developments in the US. Included in these 126k communities are 9.6 million households and approximately 25 million residents. Each community has a network of the homeowners who live in the community. These networks are moderated by a single professional who serves the individual homeowners with a product or service. The moderator is an integral part of the network and becomes the primary contact for questions regarding the community. The moderator is the editor of the webpage, and consequently is branded in all internal notifications to the homeowners. The moderator role is not currently available to the general public. We are conducting a pre launch study with Century 21 agents nationwide to test the business development effectiveness.
