Our mission is to provide outstanding care to our patients and their families every patient every time. This makes it easier for patients to receive not only quality care but we can transport them to their medical or personal appointments.PERSONAL CARE SERVICESOur personal care aides can provide personal care services to adults in their home, long term care facility, or in the hospital. Lists of services we provide are:Companion Care: -Assist with bathing - Dressing - Toileting - Grooming - Skin care - Meal set up and assist with feeding - Hygiene needsLIGHT HOUSEKEEPINGPersonal care aides can provide light housekeeping services to include: - Grocery shopping and running errands - Changing client's linens - Sweeping under the table after meals - Straighten clients linens - Laundry (the client's only) - Vacuuming and dusting of the clients bedroom - Mopping the client's bathroomTRANSPORTATION NEEDS:Homeland Senior Care collaborates with Transport Care Services to provide transportation for clients to medical and personal appointments, grocery shopping, or picking up prescriptions. We strive to provide excellent services to every customer each and every time.SPECIALIZED CARE SERVICES:Nurses provide a complete nursing assessment on each client and involve the client, family member, or other caregiver in the patient's care planning process.
