We offer Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Counseling, Sound Therapy, Reiki Energy Healing, Crystal Healing, Organic Skin Care and Organic Essential Oil Training.We are accredited through the Yoga Alliance and offer Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200 / 300) annually as well as Reiki Energy Healing Teacher Training and Yin Teacher Training.We host annual retreats that incorporate mindfulness, meditation and yoga asana around targeted purpose and theme.Our team of professionals are the most highly trained in the industry and are lead by Nicole Zornitzer, ERYT 1000, a graduate of Yama Therapeutics, Maryland University of Integrative Health and the University of Buffalo School of Management. Nicole holds certifications in Integrative Yoga Therapy, The Radiant Child Children's Yoga Program, Aerial Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Post & Pre-Natal Yoga, Advanced Yin Yoga, Integral Sound Therapy, Reiki Healing and Yoga Nidra.Niyama Yoga & Wellness Studio offers dynamic programs that encourage growth and wellness in each program.In 2019 Nicole launched Niyama Soul Surrender Yoga; which is her trademark style of Power Vinyasa. Niyama Soul Surrender Yoga is a kaleidoscope of meaningful expression through movement of the body; relying on the core values of yoga as presented in Pantanjali's Yoga Sutras.
