Nicole holds certifications in Integrative Yoga Therapy, The Radiant Child Children's Yoga Program, Aerial Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Post & Pre-Natal Yoga, Advanced Yin Yoga, Integral Sound Therapy, Reiki Healing and Yoga Nidra.Niyama Yoga & Wellness Studio offers dynamic programs that encourage growth and wellness in each program.In 2019 Nicole launched Niyama Soul Surrender Yoga; which is her trademark style of Power Vinyasa. Niyama Soul Surrender Yoga is a kaleidoscope of meaningful expression through movement of the body; relying on the core values of yoga as presented in Pantanjali's Yoga Sutras.
