Hot Yoga Health is the first dedicated yoga studio in Newport, Wales. Opening early September 2017, our studio is equipped with ‘State of the Art' air conditioning system, specifically designed to meet the significant demands hot yoga, heated to 40°C. Our system quietly and evenly injecting steam to maintain a 40% humidity.
