Hybu reaches out to young people and local communities through programmes designed to encourage participants to value themselves and to be recognised as the incredible members of society they actually are. They achieve this by supporting each other and local communities in a variety of practical ways. \\The young people are trained as part of Hybu Pobl Ifanc - a dynamic and vibrant programme for young people aged 16 to 18 years of age which provides fun out-of-school/college training in volunteering, leadership, business and entrepreneurial skills. These skills are put to use to create, organise and manage small to large scale events from a children's summer play club to a concert of over 1000 young people drawn from all over South Wales at the Motorpoint Arena Cardiff.
