ICOOR, Interuniversity Consortium for Optimization and Operations Research was founded to promote and coordinate research in the field of Operations Research and to encourage collaboration between associated universities, research bodies and national and international industries. The consortium has close cooperation with the surrounding economical territory which spans the most important Italian industrial and logistic area.The members of ICOOR are leading very well known international researchers in optimization and operations research. They are involved at the highest levels of responsibility in the international OR societies and in the most valued international journals and conferences. They have the scientific coordination of several national and international research projects.
