After having worked for more than 25 years at various Management levels in the Insurance Industry, I decided to start my own Interim Management Company.I support companies on a temporary basis in all Insurance issues and in Change Management.I also like to act as Sparring Partner for the management of companies where change needs to be implemented. Change Management and People management are my favourite subjects.As People manager I assist in the actual implementation of the change in such a way that after I have left, the desired change remains embedded in the company culture.Cultural diversity is a challenge for me.I have extensive knowledge of international commercial lines insurances, with a focus on Marine Insurance. I was member of the IUMI Cargo committee for several years and have a broad international network.In the Dutch B2B insurance market mainly the Insurance Bourse plays a major role in the Co insurance system.As an Interim Manager I have succesfully worked for Companies like TVM and Achmea Centraal Beheer.
