This is a corollary to assimilation, dissemination, debating, further approving and testing the constitutionality of the point of Law. Law and statutes are a product of change. The Constitution being the parent of all our rights, duties & obligations, necessitate a thorough examination and debate for legal studies to evolve and ensure justice in the coming future.
