Explicitly recognising and rewarding (potential) academics for their unique skills and competencies are on the rise. In reaction to this, we develop a digital tool to empower and protect academics now these new evaluation standards are put to practice. The tool facilitates the process for academics to explicitly integrate these new evaluation standards, by making their unique skills and competencies in relevant domains more explicit. By the same token, the tool can be used as a skill passport or narrative CV.
