Established in 1963, the Institute for Palestine Studies is an independent non-profit research institution unaffiliated with any political organization or government. It is the oldest institute in the world devoted exclusively to the documentation, research, analysis, and publication of Arab-Israeli and Palestinian affairs. With offices in Beirut, Ramallah, and Washington, DC, the Institute publishes books, monographs, op-eds, and academic journals including the Journal of Palestine Studies, Majallat al-Dirasat al-Filastiniyya, and Jerusalem Quarterly.
