The Inter Agency Seminar Group (IASG) is a forum for the exchange of ideas and for the assessment of current issues confronting the nation/world at large. Topics presented and discussed cover a wide scope of areas, but all having an input on "public policy." Participants, who include scientists, senior government officials, community leaders, and senior executives of various corporations, are selected as members on the basis of their professional qualifications and accomplishments. The activities of the Group consist normally of a monthly luncheon and dinner meeting.
