International Chair Yoga Association's mission is to bring the benefits of yoga to those who are not able to experience mat yoga due to age, disabilities, or simply preference. ICYA aims to change the image of yoga to include a simple chair and props, making yoga accessible and inviting to all. Chair yoga helps you strengthen mind, body, and spirit, as well as: improve flexibility, prevent injuries, speed up recovery time, alleviate back pain, and improve sleep – chair yoga can do it all!
