The International Student Council, also recognized as ISC, is a representative organization of international student communities at Penn State, University Park, as well as other 19 commonwealth campuses. As a voice of international students, ISC addresses concerns and issues of all international students to the university. We also works to promote cultural understanding by organizing various events throughout the school year.
