From our business plan: Internet SportStations, Inc. (the "Company") was founded in February 1999 to capitalize on the market opportunities created by the worldwide popularity of sports, the emergence of the Internet as a communications and commerce medium and the appealing demographics of targeted sports participants and spectators on the World Wide Web (the "Web"). By offering comprehensive and compelling sports programming continually updated on a real-time basis and by utilizing the Web's graphical and interactive capabilities to add entertainment value to its content, the Company is targeting sports participants, as well as spectators, by providing a "one-stop" source for sport-specific information. The Company's niche is to design Web sites to bridge the information gap between current popular sport sites which provide general information to sports spectators and local amateur sites providing league information to participants. The Company believes that it can leverage its "SportStations" brand recognition and its other media properties, such as its sports radio programming, in the pursuit of multiple revenue opportunities, including advertising, e-commerce, application service provider for Internet publishing and broadcasting, and sports broadcasting.
