Our Mission: To empower youth and families in rural Uganda through education and enterprise development so they become self-directed, resourceful, productive members of their own communities. As model citizens, they are able to then work together to determine their own futures and the future of the community. What we fight against:Short-term, unsustainable solutions. What We Fight For:Home-grown transformation; finding and equipping Africa's local leaders.What We Do:We enable knowledge transfer, through 4 core programs:1. Women's Enterprise Training Program2. Enterprise Projects3. Vocational Training4. Community Development Associations (CDA)How We Do it: 1. By linking education and enterprise2. By tackling cultural inhibitors 3.
