IPD-PAR Rating System Details
The IPD-PAR maintains a Rating System that objectively measures the experience and successes of its members. A high IPD-PAR Score documents the high level of quality, team work and project successes of that member. The Scores are a balance between the quality of the process i.e. teamwork between the Owner, Architect and Contractor, use of BIM, use of LEED, etc. and the quantity of the final results for the project i.e. scope completeness, budget savings and schedule improvements. The IPD-PAR actively promotes the benefits of Integrated Project Delivery among our primary industries: Ownership / Management Architecture / Engineering Construction
