Islamabad Institute of Conflict Resolution (IICR) is an independent and non-aligned research based think tank. IICR's mission is to propose pragmatic solutions and policy recommendations which can help deal with contemporary humanitarian and security challenges of Pakistan and in extension South Asia. In addition, IICR closely monitors the progress and implications of developments taking place in Central Asian Republics, Middle East, European Union, United States, and Canada. IICR's publications appear on international and national newspapers and magazines. Monthly reports, issue briefs, monographs and policy recommendations on ongoing developments are also published by IICR and are shared with relevant departments, institutions and governmental organisations.
