We are Project ORRCA, an independent project running a global network of people with a simple mission. To bring clean water to people and the ecosystem. We were founded on the idea that every living soul, humans, plants, animals, microbes, has an inherent right to the access to clean water.Our project began in April of 2010, and the mission was to design a new system that could clean up water pollution. One that was simple, efficient, inexpensive, and non-intrusive. It was this mission that brought us to the STREAM filter system and the ORRCA craft. Two of the most advanced water pollution cleanup and contaminant removal systems in their classes. From here, our mission expanded. We have now set out to solve the issue that inspired our project. At Project ORRCA, we believe that no one planning to use our systems to clean water pollution or provide clean water to developing nations should ever have to pay to use them. We started the Blue Planet initiative that funds ORRCA craft and STREAM filter implementations all around the world. Our mission then, is to use the technology we have developed to provide clean drinking water to people around the world, and clean the polluted water bodies of the Earth. We have a mission to solve a global problem, and we can only do this together. By working as a community, we can "be the change" we want to see, as Mahatma Gandhi once said.
