Jahangirnagar University Debating Society started operating as Jahangirnagar's first ever debating organization in 1997. JUDS has prominently operated as country's one of the finest and most successful debate clubs. We have achieved more than hundred accolades in the last few years including the championships in the biggest tournaments which Bangladesh Debate witnessed in the last few years, such as ‘Inter-Varsity Debate Championship' organized by ‘News 24' and ‘Bangladesh Debate Federation' as well as ‘National ICT Inter-Varsity Debate Competition' organized by ‘Bangladesh ICT Division'. Our debaters are renowned not only as skilled debaters but also as tremendous adjudicators and organizers. Our debaters have acted as Chief Adjudicator, Deputy Chief Adjudicator, Motion Master, and has been part of Tabulation team in more than hundreds of tournaments in the last few years. Our numerous national accolades verify our bold statement. Our debaters with their relentless efforts and dedications have proven to be outstanding in the sport of debate as debaters and organizers.
