Jax & Devo is a new boutique event planning company based in New York City. We are two independent event planners and longtime friends who have planned events in the New York area together and separately for almost a decade: Jackie Kristel and Devon Berkshire. Jax & Devo provides event coordinating services for small- and large-scale events in the New York area. We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to every detail of the planning process, anticipating every roadblock and issue before it arrives, and our ability to creatively solve problems by thinking outside the proverbial box. Each event is tailored to the wants, needs and personalities of our clients. We listen to you, our client; we work with you on every step; we utilize our negotiating experience and contacts to work within your budget; and we plan the event that you would plan if you had the time. In a growing industry where many busy event planners follow recipes for event after event, Jax & Devo provide the often missing personal touch.
