Traveling Assembly Teams: JBI Energy can provide teams of varying size, skill-set and capacity throughout the Southwest. Whether under roof or in the field, we are prepared to move large amounts of personnel from site to site. Let us handle the logistics of tracking personnel, having them ready for the job with the proper equipment, skills and knowledge that will get the job done on time and on budget. We realize many projects are remotely located, and our staff is prepared to meet those demands with individuals that are flexible to travel. If needed, we are able provide safety training, sexual harassment training, job specific training, forklift certifications, drug testing, employment and criminal background checks, timekeeping and badge services. Support Services: We are also equipped to staff up many of the services supporting the assembly and installation process. Some positions that may fall under this service are: Supervisors, engineers, designers, inspectors, quality, safety personnel, environmental, timekeeping, clerks, office workers, security, among others. These personnel may be provided on a contract basis or we can recruit for you utilizing a fee based direct placement as discussed below. Direct Placement: JBI Energy also offers a direct hire approach to staffing. We assume all responsibility for the recruitment and screening of candidates so you can focus on what's most important - your business. Once hired, the candidate transitions immediately into your workforce as a permanent employee. The fee for this service will be a percentage of the compensation package offered. Davis Bacon Requirements: If your projects are federally funded or backed, and you are required to pay prevailing wages, JBI is ready to support you on these projects providing Davis Bacon compliance, certified payrolls and assistance in other compliance requirements.
