Established in 2017, JC Foods, is a producer and purveyor of Fine Quality Desserts, Premium Frozen Foods, Fresh Hot Gourmet Meals and Sensational Sauces to Retail, Bed & Breakfasts, Hotels, Deli's, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Caterers.We are a boutique food preparation industry, a Manufactory (Manual Factory) where everything is handmade in small batches. Born out of a childhood dream to open a restaurant, this dream grew into a passion for food preparation. Over the years learning a range of cooking and baking techniques with the emphasis placed on Gourmet.We simply love to prepare delicious food! Our range consists of Gourmet Fusion Foods using recipes developed in house as well as preparing Old Favourites using tried and tested recipes with our little twist.
