- Throughout my life, I have always been involved in several sports creating a very active lifestyle. While in college, I steered away from conventional sports and focused my entire energy in the pursuit of my dream physique. This new ambition propelled me to become a NASM certified personal trainer allowing me to professionally teach anyone hungry for their radical transformation. After years of motivating former and current clients in achieving their fitness goals I now extend this life-changing opportunity to you. - Years in the personal training arena has allowed me to experiment with different programs to achieve my own and my client's personal fitness goals. After years of trial and error with myself and former clients, I present to you my comprehensive programs filled with a diet plan and effective workouts to finally achieve the body of your dreams.
