While in college, I steered away from conventional sports and focused my entire energy in the pursuit of my dream physique. This new ambition propelled me to become a NASM certified personal trainer allowing me to professionally teach anyone hungry for their radical transformation. After years of motivating former and current clients in achieving their fitness goals I now extend this life-changing opportunity to you. - Years in the personal training arena has allowed me to experiment with different programs to achieve my own and my client's personal fitness goals.
