As demand for a skilled labor force increases, a paradigm shift is required to effectively prepare rising generations to lead our economy. Transforming these systems requires an unconventional approach to advance bold solutions built through intentional and inclusive collaboration. JobsFirstNYC creates and advances new solutions that break down silos and transform the systems supporting young adults and their communities, to increase economic opportunity.
