Jobspeed was founded by Paul Geaves who has over 20 years experience working within recruitment in areas including The Public Sector, IT, Health & Safety and Sales. As the Managing Director of a successful recruitment company he found that the process of contractor verification covering proof of identity, right to work and reference checking was a very laborious task. In order to streamline the process both for potential auditing companies and his recruitment company The Reference Bank was born. Since then this offering has been rebranded into Staffspeed, as we felt this name provided a better explanation to our clients of what the service can offer. But the process of getting a job and retaining all the relevant work documents is not easy for candidates either! Hence Jobspeed was born! Jobspeed is focused on offering all of the above benefits to candidates looking for their next or first job. We believe that the act of having to send all of your documentation to various agencies is just as laborious for you, as a candidate, as it is for the agencies themselves to collate it all!
