Welcome to Kabanga Nickel.Located in the north-west of Tanzania, the Kabanga Nickel Project hosts the largest development-ready nickel sulphide deposit in the world for the major production of Class 1 nickel, as well as cobalt and copper by-products.Kabanga Nickel's planned cradle-to-gate mining and refining operations will produce vital battery metals in-country with a purity that is ready for end-use while creating economic growth for Tanzania through our local partnership company – Tembo Nickel.By adopting hydrometallurgical refining technology, rather than the conventional and energy-intensive route of smelting, our production will be greener and more cost-efficient than industry standards. Once Kabanga is developed and operational, Tanzania will host the production of a significant proportion of the world's Class 1 refined nickel, as well as significant amounts of refined copper and cobalt – sourced responsibly and sustainably.Our team's unique combination of mining experience; deep technical expertise in mineral processing; and a proven track record of taking projects into production will enable us to unlock the full potential of the Kabanga project, create major value within Tanzania, and help address climate change.Changing the game for a greener world.
