The Kaiser Institute was cofounded by Leland R. Kaiser, Kevin Kaiser, and Leanne Kaiser Carlson. They are a family of futurists working with leaders, organizations, and communities to create a preferred future. You can engage in two ways.The AlembicEach year approximately 20 people explore the 13 elements of alchemical transformation on a nine-month journey that includes meeting three times in person. Some come from organizations in the Alembic Coterie that sponsor one leader each year. Others come on their own. We began with an annual institute, which quickly became the central place many foundations looked for innovation and inspiration. Then we launched innovation circles, tools, specialized resources, onsite consulting, and monthly coaching calls. And now we offer a membership that includes one of two core experiences each year—the Philanthropy Institute or Organizational Strategic Advance.
