The Kaiser Institute was cofounded by Leland R. Kaiser, Kevin Kaiser, and Leanne Kaiser Carlson. They are a family of futurists working with leaders, organizations, and communities to create a preferred future. You can engage in two ways.The AlembicEach year approximately 20 people explore the 13 elements of alchemical transformation on a nine-month journey that includes meeting three times in person. Some come from organizations in the Alembic Coterie that sponsor one leader each year. Others come on their own.
