I'm an experienced HR/OD Executive, Coach and Consultant on a mission to help leaders, high performers and organizations achieve their goals by understanding what holds them back and providing new perspectives to transform their actions into tangible results. Yes, that's right. We 'unconsciously' do things that sabotage our success. Whether that be on an individual, team or organization we often fall into the trap of our comfort zone, conforming and playing small. We let FEAR drive us. This is shocking to me given we are working in a world of constant disruption, accelerated change, complexity and seemly more crisis to deal with than ever before. I like change. I embrace it. I help others to embrace it too. I'm curious and creative. No one size fits all and neither do my OD, Learning and Change solutions.
