Yes, that's right. We 'unconsciously' do things that sabotage our success. Whether that be on an individual, team or organization we often fall into the trap of our comfort zone, conforming and playing small. We let FEAR drive us. This is shocking to me given we are working in a world of constant disruption, accelerated change, complexity and seemly more crisis to deal with than ever before. I like change. I embrace it.
