Nonprofit Organization Management - Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Karishma Children Welfare Foundation is a Non-governmental Organization which helps children under the age of 18 by providing proper education by either teaching them basic elementary courses that are taught in schools or by helping them in enroll in schools which take little to no fees. Our foundation is based in Greater Noida and helps children living throughout NCR. Our goal is also to eliminate caste privilege that prevails in the Indian society which shuns the Dalit/lower castes' sentiments. Our foundation achieves this by: 1.Hiring volunteers who are willing to teach basic courses to children. 2.Offering people join our Entrepreneurship and Online Investing Clubs. 3.Allocating schools near them which are affiliated with our foundation and are willing to provide education to children with little or no fees. 4.Teaching Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's ideals and believing education should be available to all regardless of their caste or gender and criticizing untouchability, which though was abolished in India in 1950, still prevails. 5. Involving children with the Jatav Regional Community who are eligible for the same. 6. Teaching them about business and entrepreneurial opportunities that they can take up or are eligible for. 7. Organizing public speaking competitions like MUN and Youth Parliament near us and offering free participations. You, too, could help us by joining the movement and volunteering with us.
