Sure, there are plenty of companies making great coffee, but we think ours is even better. Why? Simply because we care. We're those crazy guys that traded our cushy, corporate 9-5 bi-weekly paychecks in for the chance to chase our dream of making the perfect cup of coffee. For us, the key to outstanding coffee starts with 3 main characteristics: cleanliness, acidity, and complexity. We also believe an equally important quality is how coffee beans are grown and sourced. All of our beans are Organic and Fair Trade Certified. Sure, we've given up the safety net of our rollover 401K... but hey, now we have plenty of time to cup as many coffees as our palates can handle to ensure we're only sourcing the best damn organic, Fair Trade beans around. At the end of the day, that's all that really matters. Right? Growing and producing great coffee is extremely labor intensive. As roasters, our most important job is to simply not screw it up. Farmers across the world are working their tails off to ensure the perfect green coffee bean. So, not showcasing their work would be a tremendous insult. We may come off as a bit confident, but we're not unappreciative. We have made every possible effort to create a roasting profile specific to each beans origin. We know that each roast needs to be as unique as the bean itself. As a result, we just aren't that worried about you not coming back for more!
