The essence of Keeping it Personal is the importance of relationships, transparency, honesty, and continued growth. Our goal is to inspire, educate, connect, and awaken others to the truth of who they are. As we've grown in our lives, the brand of Keeping it Personal {KIP} has evolved along with us.In 2000, Teri was in sales and felt a lack of personalization and human connection in the business world; everything had become so automated. She began sending handwritten notes to each one of her potential clients and watched as sales increased. This got her entrepreneurial wheels turning. Teri proposed the idea to a longtime friend, Leah and a small business was founded off the idea of KIP.KIP was born in 2004 as a company that delivered hand written notes to clients of Real Estate Professionals after their homes had closed. The business gained momentum, but began to falter as the real estate market crashed. But, with the belief that there was a journey of discovery integral to experiencing true joy, Teri and Leah knew KIP could be the path. The business was reborn with a stronger foundation and clearer path in November 2009.With Teri's strong background in sales and marketing, and Leah's experience and bachelors of science degree in pediatric nursing, both women have a passion for helping people realize their full potential. Teri and Leah are certified coaches and facilitators, and have developed programs to support women in their journey of self discovery.
