KentPresents is a not-for-profit organization that conducts an annual three-day conference on intellectual and cultural topics in Kent, Connecticut. Over three hundred people attend. Scores of distinguished thought leaders speak, debate and present on topics from the most pressing issues of today to the big ideas driving tomorrow. Since 2015, the nearly 200 speakers have included Nobel Laureates and winners of numerous prizes – Pulitzer, MacArthur, Tony, Emmy, Peabody, National Book Award and Presidential Medals. The 2018 speaker roster is now in active preparation. Their names will be posted over the coming months.KentPresents 2018 will be held, August 16-18 in Kent, Connecticut. Accomplished presenters, challenging topics and stimulating sessions -- all in an idyllic New England setting. Over the three days, you'll bump into speakers in myriad informal settings – receptions, meals, strolling around campus.
