Khbrat syria is a voluntary non-profit developmental and independent initiative, was founded as a result of the Problems and obstacles faced by job seekers before enter the labor market and formed to participate in developing and enhancing the community.The initiative is mainly focusing on developing the human capital through organizing developmental events and professional training courses provided by skilled qualified trainers, to people wishing to develop their skills.Currently there are 15,000 Beneficiary of this initiative , and about 240 volunteers.offers the following programs to bridge the gap between young people and the labor market :- Steps in the labor market .- Capacity building .- Pioneering work .- Creativity .- Training of Trainers .
