Vision and strategyThe main objective of my company is to help (SAP)customers to prepare before the start of an implementation of an automated information system. The transition from legacy to a new information system is reflected in all layers of an organization. Especially the focus on the human factor is important to make an implementation a success.Before the start of an implementation, it is important to get commitment from management AND employees. The resistance against change is a natural human phenomenon and must be managed and monitored. Often the introduction of a new information system is used to force people to change. This resulted many times in a failed implementation.
