Leanne, (managing director) has a degree in ECE and does the hands-on day to day running of the centres and uses her previous experience in the industry to oversee the centres are run well and within ministry guidelines. In previous roles Leanne was instrumental in turning around centres that lacked guidance and had low attendance. Bruce has successfully run many businesses in NZ and abroad and ensures the business is successful, governed well, and compliant.
