LBN Ricerca is the reference laboratory for any problem relating to the introduction of new materials and the definition of innovative production processes in the following branches of activity:Production systems for cold plastic deformation of metallic materialsDevelopment of special production machines and systems (Industry 4.0)Tests, controls and inspections (automotive sector)The peculiarity of the LBN Research laboratory is the presence of specific test benches for tests accredited by the main players in the international automotive market (VOLKSWAGEN-AUDI, PSA GROUP, FCA, MASERATI): fatigue tests (rotary bending, belt test bench), vibration analysis (PCB , AVL), mechanical characterization of elastomers (MTS).In 2002, LBN Research obtained the recognition by the ITALIAN MINISTRY OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH of the status of Research Laboratory from which the registration in the REGISTER OF RESEARCH LABORATORIES (at the MIUR) pursuant to art. . 14 of the D.M. n. 593 of 08/08/2000 and following.ATECO classification of the laboratory:72.19.09 - Research and experimental development in the field of other natural sciences and engineering71.20.1 - Technical testing and analysis
