Apolline pursued her education in Canada where she achieved a Bachelor's Degree of Commerce majoring in Tourism Management from the University of Guelph. Having worked in luxurious establishments, such as Sotheby's International Realty in Saint Martin, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Toronto, Paris and Anguilla and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Jasper. Her numerous enriching experiences and roles have enabled her to develop an open mind and appreciation for excellent customer service.
