After the opening of his first opus in 2015, soberly christened Louis to pay tribute to the family lineage, where he practises a cuisine in his own image, free, spontaneous and full of curiosity, Stéphane Pitré wished to continue his approach by opening the Cellier, an extension of his gastronomic table, where fast food and convivial surroundings give pride of place to hand-picked products, with an assumed Breton identity, and a playful and evolving wine list. All you need to spend a cheerful moment between a timed lunch or an office outing in a 9th arrondissement with business connotations, which gives way to a different look at nightfall. Above all a place of conviviality, the Cellier offers a selection of favourite products to nibble alone or to share as an aperitif or tapas. Stéphane offers a daily lunch formula that changes according to the arrivals and his moods. At any time you can count on the selection of products made by the house to accompany your wine or cider: Celtic side impossible to miss sardines in special edition for the Cellier de la conserverie Courtin from Concarneau, Breton fars Maison or kouign amans from the house Larnicol or even the inarguable butter Bordier happy to go with the bread of Jean Luc Poujauran. Further south the olive oil of Les Baux de Provence co-signed with Stéphane Pitré of the house .... Or the ham and salted meats from Jean Pierre Rigaut who finishes their curing in the dining cellar alongside the cheeses from the house of Bordier. On the Home Products side: terrines according to the seasons and jams made by Madame Pitré Mère ... Through this real living place, the cellar designating in Breton the cellar where we eat, Stéphane also offers the possibility to buy take away the products and wines offered in the selection.
