After the opening of his first opus in 2015, soberly christened Louis to pay tribute to the family lineage, where he practises a cuisine in his own image, free, spontaneous and full of curiosity, Stéphane Pitré wished to continue his approach by opening the Cellier, an extension of his gastronomic table, where fast food and convivial surroundings give pride of place to hand-picked products, with an assumed Breton identity, and a playful and evolving wine list.
