At Le Patissier our philosophy is to produce handmade fresh desserts and patisserie from scratch, using Irish diary and free range eggs. We don't believe in short cuts or packet mixes, just quality ingredients to produce the best results. We are a wholesale business working with the hotel, airline, retail and food service sectors, producing in excess of 2 million handmade deserts and patisserie. Production is run from a purpose built kitchen in Dublin by our team of talented patisserie chefs, led by Chef and owner Robert Bullock.
