Kiteboards made in Holland\\WHO IS LIEUWE?\\Lieuwe is a passionate board shaper from the Netherlands. For many years he has been working like a junky in his shop on producing the best boards. Lieuwe is a loving and caring person with only one goal, or maybe two: producing the best board for each rider out there and the second is, let everybody have the most fun! Lieuwe is like a watchmaker for boards, in his head ‘a little' chaotic and full of crazy ideas, in his work fascinating precise. He is daring, exciting, rough and always excited for new idea. When everybody is doing tricks and looking sharp, he is the one laughing his balls out while riding upside down on his board. However a board shaper on his own is like a tree without leaves, without the right riders around him, his work does not develop. Therefore, Lieuwe loves to share, not only his boards but also his process, his ideas and everything to make others a part of the passion. Let everybody test a board and tell him what to do to make it perfect for him. If it is not possible to shape the perfect board, Lieuwe will shape it. He is not someone to brag, but just has a passion. So who is Lieuwe? Lieuwe is the team of enthusiastic riders and developers of Lieuwe Boards.\\WHAT DOES LIEUWE DO?\\To create innovation, you sometimes have to re-invent the wheel, challenge the status quo. Lieuwe doesn't really like producing boards, no really. His love is for inventing new ways and techniques to produce the best board. Not only the best board for him, but the best board for everybody around him. Everybody who comes to him should get the best board possible. If the needs are impossible, it's a challenge. Therefore his passion is to shape custom boards that meet personal needs.
